New students only - Apply for admission. Please Note: Starting June 30, you will no longer be able to pay the application fee on-line. You can mail a check for $35.00, payable to ACCC or Atlantic Cape, to: Business Office, 5100 Black Horse Pike, Mays Landing, NJ, 08330, or visit any of the three Atlantic Cape campuses. Current or former students - check your Summer 10 grades or request a college transcript. Requires use of a student ID number and a PIN. Request a PIN or you can download and print the transcript request form and submit it in person or via fax at (609)343-4914. Requests for transcripts cannot be accepted by telephone.
Tuition & Fees for Fall 10 due at time of registration: Fall classes begin August 30.
Payment for fall classes is due at the time of registration or students may be voided. Once voided from classes, students can re-register but may not be able to enroll in the same courses/sections. Students can pay in person, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, at all Atlantic Cape sites, or online through WebAdvisor.
Drop, add or pay for Fall 2010 classes. Last day to drop a Fall 10 class with 50 percent tuition refund is Friday, September 10. If you are new to WebAdvisor, and are having problems accessing the site, see our Frequently Asked Questions for more information or choose from one of the following options. Help is also available Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at (609)343-5662, or via email at register@atlantic.edu.
- Site will not display -- for Internet Explorer (IE) check that your security settings are up to date by selecting "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Internet Options," select the "Advanced" tab and scroll down to the "Security" options, check the box next to "Use TLS 1.0" and click "Apply" then click "OK." For Mozilla Firefox, select "Tools" in the address bar at the top of the page, choose "Options," select the "Advanced" tab and check the "Use TLS 1.0" under the "Encryption" tab. You should now be able to view the WebAdvisor page.
- Need your WebAdvisor login and password – Your login is your full name including middle initial, for example, Thomas E. Brown would have a WebAdvisor id of thomasebrown. Your password is the last six digits of your social security number. If you are not able to login using that combination, choose “I’m New to WebAdvisor” at the bottom right hand side of the "Main Menu" page, and follow the steps to get your id and password. You will be asked to choose an email address from those we have on file for you. If you have not provided Atlantic Cape with a current email address, contact Enrollment Services at 609-343-5005, 609-463-4774, ext. 5005 or by email at register@atlantic.edu. If you have an email address, a temporary password will be sent there. The email will have a sender of datatel, not Atlantic Cape, with a subject line of “AtlanticCape WebAdvisor response.” If you have not received your temporary password within a few minutes of the request, check your spam filter for a datatel email.
- Need to get or reset a password -- Your password is the last 6 digits of your social security number. If you are not able to access your account using this password, request a reset by choosing the "What's My Password" link at the bottom right hand side "Main Menu" page of the WebAdvisor site. You will be asked to choose an email address from those we have on file for you. If you have not provided Atlantic Cape with a current email address, contact Enrollment Services at 609-343-5005, 609-463-4774, ext. 5005 or by email at register@atlantic.edu. If you have an email address, a temporary password will be sent there. The email will have a sender of datatel, not Atlantic Cape, with a subject line of “AtlanticCape WebAdvisor response.” If you have not received your temporary password within a few minutes of the request, check your spam filter for a datatel email. When you return to login, the system will tell you that your password has expired -- use the temporary password as the "old" password and create your own new password. Atlantic Cape does not keep a record of your password, if you lose or forget it, you will have to again follow the reset process.

Fall 10 financial aid award information will be available starting July 6, 2010. Awards are based on enrollment changes and are updated each business night. A credit balance, indicated by a minus sign, means that you do not owe money at this time. Go to "Financial aid by term" to see awards and "Account summary" for charges. If your award has not been posted yet, call the Fin. Aid Office at 609-343-5082 to check on your account. Due to the high volume of calls, you may need to leave a message. We will get back to you as soon as possible. Please leave your student id number and a phone number where you can be reached. Be ready to provide the date you filed your free application for federal student aid (FAFSA). The financial aid office reserves the right to change or modify all awards based on changes in your application or credit load. If you are not eligible for aid, DO NOT assume that you will be dropped from your classes, you should formally withdraw if you cannot pay your tuition and fees by the deadline date of July 12.
Access your Atlantic Cape Buccaneer email account now! Your email login was provided in your acceptance letter from the college. If you are not sure of your email address, check your WebAdvisor account to review your email addresses under Academic Profile, My Profile. You cannot add or change an email address online.
To access your email account, enter your login (not case sensitive). The initial password for your student email address is set by Atlantic Cape using the first initial of first name, first initial of last name, year of birth, last four digits of social security number for a total of 10 characters. Your password is case sensitive. For example: Jane Goodall would be JG19604321. If you have lost or forgotten your email address, contact Enrollment Services at (609) 343-5005, (609) 463-4774, ext. 5005 or register@atlantic.edu. You will be required to change your password when you first login. You can also forward email from your Buccaneer account to your personal account by selecting "Settings" then choosing the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab. Select "Forward a copy of incoming mail to:", and add your personal email address and save changes. All email will be forwarded to your personal account.
